How to play Choicer Voicer Multiplayer

The Choicer Voicer multiplayer mod is a local multiplayer voice game for groups of 2–6 friends. Instead of asking everyone to repeat the same sentence, the game assigns the scene’s characters to different players. Your job is to make your role sound right, while the group builds the complete scene together.

Online multiplayer on different computers

Online Multiplayer is for the friends who are never in the same room but are always ready to make a scene. When it launches, start a party, choose a scene, and invite the cast from wherever you are. Each player records from their own computer with their own character lines, while the shared room keeps everyone pointed at the same moment. The result is one hilarious, dramatic full-cast performance built one voice at a time.

  • Start a voice-acting party from different computers
  • Give every player their own character lines
  • Record your part without fighting over one microphone
  • Bring the complete cast together when everyone is done
ROLE-FIRST SCORING

Everyone gets a part of the scene

Automatic role assignment

The game reads the character attached to each Pack clip and groups the lines into role queues. One player can own multiple roles, but a role belongs to one player for the session. If a line has no usable character label, the setup screen asks the group to assign it before recording.

One score per recorded line

Each take is compared with its reference clip in the browser. The recap shows line, role, player, and team-level averages, so the group can see which delivery carried the scene without turning one line into a group vote.

BROWSER-FIRST PLAY

Your local session stays local

Local multiplayer recordings are used in the current browser session for scoring, playback, and the final mix. Audio is not uploaded as part of this mode; only the completed team score is submitted to the separate multiplayer leaderboard. Refreshing the page ends the current local session.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Choicer Voicer Multiplayer FAQ

How does the Choicer Voicer multiplayer mod work?

The local multiplayer mod is available now for 2–6 players on one computer. Choose a voice pack, add the players, and assign each player one or more roles. Each player records only the lines assigned to their roles, then the group reviews the completed scene together.

Can we play multiplayer on one computer?

Yes. Local Multiplayer is available now for 2–6 players sharing one computer. Players take turns at the same screen, while the current player and their remaining role lines stay highlighted.

Will online multiplayer work on different computers?

Online Multiplayer is planned as a party mode for friends in different places. Start a room, choose a scene, and invite your cast; each player gets their own character lines and records on their own device while the group follows the same scene together.

Does each player record the same line?

No. Every line belongs to one role in the scene. The player assigned to that role records the line, so the final result is a complete cast performance rather than several people recording the same sentence.

Are local multiplayer scores added to the global leaderboard?

Yes. After the whole Mod is complete, the team score is submitted to this page’s separate team leaderboard. Single-player scores and team scores use different leaderboard scopes.

Do you upload our microphone recordings?

Local Multiplayer keeps recordings in the current browser session for scoring, playback, and the local recap. It does not upload the recordings as part of the local game flow.
